Meet The Builders

Copper Builders

Copper Builders was created in 2013 by Wade Miller, previously a partner in another well-known Charlotte custom builder, which he co-founded in 2007. Miller was named one of the Top 40 Professionals Under 40 by the Charlotte Business Journal in 2013.

Copper Builders, based in Charlotte, N.C., is a custom builder of new homes that has earned the envy and respect of other builders in the area. It’s no wonder, since day one, Copper’s focus has been on the customers they serve, the people who have entrusted them with the most important investment of their lives.

Copper Builders do not make promises to their customers, they make commitments. They will ensure that their customers are there with them through every phase of the construction, and that any concerns are promptly answered and explained. They want their customers to see the high quality and exacting standards that they put into every aspect of their luxury home.

Every Copper Builders new construction development is located where their customers want to be, to live the life they dreamed of when they purchased their new home. Copper Builder locations take advantage of great schools, easy access to work and the city, and proximity to the conveniences that every modern family desires, like shopping and dining.

Copper Builders are honored and proud to share their homes’ beautiful custom architecture and functional layouts with their local community. In 2012, Copper Builders President Wade Miller, himself a Charlotte native, donated a custom-built home to a deserving local family. The build was featured on a Christmas special of TV’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, and showed America what hundreds of customers already know – that a Copper Builders home is a dream come true.

Copper Builders is different from other builders not only because of their size but also their quality and attention to detail.  There are 6 employees and they provide a different level of service by personally meeting each client they build a home for. Meeting your builder makes the transaction more personal, allowing you to feel like it is your home, and not just someone else building it for you.
